Changes made:

- Use every one of the **165,122 neurons marked `Traced`** in the v1.0 annotation table.
- Preserve **all 25,563,197 directed connections** between these neurons from the official `minconf-0.5` connectivity table. No additional minimum synapse-count threshold, neuron downsampling, or connection pruning is applied to the computational graph.
- Untraced fragments, glia and other non-`Traced` segments in the raw segmentation tables are outside the modeled neuron set. “Full” refers to this complete traced-neuron graph, not every fragment of the original segmentation.
- Convert to losslessly compressed CSR indices and integer synapse counts. Assign GABA/glutamate a negative sign and other/missing labels a positive sign; normalize incoming absolute count to 0.7. These are modeling assumptions, not a validated biophysical reconstruction.
- Add a synthetic visible-board match-3 swap feature encoder and a trained readout. All retained neurons participate in both rate updates; all retained edges are traversed during signal propagation. This is not a spiking simulation or a model of biological learning.
- Normalize actual soma coordinates and sample 11,000 positions within a head-focused spatial crop (source z < 60000) **for drawing only**. Display 3,589 actual directed connections between sampled neurons. Lines join soma positions; they are not anatomical neurite trajectories. Visual sampling does not reduce the computational network.

Source filenames, SHA-256 checksums, graph sizes and transformation metadata are in `data/manifest.json` in the source project.

## LINE Games promotional assets

Official white LINE Games logo supplied by the user from `NL 로고/LINE Games CI_logo_white.png`.

Official Steam capsule imagery: [Ember and Blade](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3470500/) and [QUIET](https://store.steampowered.com/app/4228630/QUIET/). Both list LINE Games Corporation. The user identifies these as their games and authorized the promotional use. Images retain original content and aspect ratio. These assets are not covered by the connectome CC BY license.

Promotional links use `utm_source=flybrain`, `utm_medium=web`, `utm_campaign=linegames_wishlist`, and placement-specific `utm_content`. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and banner clicks. No advertising network is installed.

## Creature tile artwork

CraftPix, [Free Monsters for Match 3 Game](https://free-game-assets.itch.io/free-monsters-game-assets), [original freebie](https://craftpix.net/freebies/free-monsters-for-match-3-game/). Ordinary tiles use Cat, Rabbit, Sheep, Octopus, Owl and Lizard frames 1–3. Special tiles use Unicorn, Spider, Rainbow frames 1–3 and six original Dragon component PNGs with numeric transforms from the authored Flight poses. Images are unchanged; the runtime canvas scales/composes them for gameplay. Only used sprites are deployed, with no ZIP, SCML or vector source files. Gem assets and attack-character projectiles are no longer used.

**Not CC0.** [CraftPix license](https://craftpix.net/file-licenses/) reviewed 2026-09-14: Freebie section 2 permits commercial projects and modification; attribution is optional. Standalone source-art resale/redistribution and artwork export through the application are prohibited.

Section 3.1.1 forbids using licensed assets for AI/ML training, development, testing, validation or improvement. Creature PNGs and pose metadata remain renderer-only, outside the numeric neural encoder, synthetic training dataset, model evaluation harness and worker. No creature art is supplied as model input or included in result-image export. Credits are voluntary and do not change the license.
